1. Tired? Go cycling.

Another 9-year study at Harvard Medical School found that a person who had many friends could reduce the risk of early death by more than 60%, lowering blood pressure and strengthening the immune system. Even if you are suffering from cycling, riding a few kilometers will feel twice as alive. Andrew McCulloch, the chief executive of the Mental Health Foundation, explained: "Any light to moderate movements will release naturally good-feeling endorphins to help relieve stress and make you happy." McCulloch said: " doing 30-minutes exercise therapy three times a week is sufficient to restore the spirit."
