2 great mistakes of riding
Mistake No.1: No warm-up, no stretch exercise
No warm-up influences your whole riding, which is reducing your efficiency. Do some warm-up before riding, and stretch your body fully, so that you won’t get hurt. It’s an important course to achieve ideal effect.
Mistake No.2: Ride as fast as possible
This is totally wrong! Some beginners only pursue speed at riding. Actually, speed doesn’t contribute to your arrogance, it cause great injury to your body.
Correct behavior: The value of riding is to maintain the speed, and one must not ride at tumbling speed, or ride crazily when he has energy, then stop when he runs out his power. We recommend beginners to find their suitable frequency at the course of riding, and then increase their exercise intensity. Generally, riding on a plat road with common bike and normal energy, the speed should be maintained at round 15 kilometers per hour. The one with good energy can speeds up to 20 kilometers per hour.
